Business as a force for good
Using the opportunities afforded to us to give back and do better for people and planet, we operate a number of impact initiatives. These include donating 5% of our time to NFPs and grassroots organisations, actively contributing 1% for the Planet, operating as a 100% carbon-neutral organisation, donating 5% of profit to charity and more. We are officially a B Corp organisation, are certified Trace Carbon Neutral, and members of 1% for the Planet.

Flexible work arrangements
People do their best work when they're thriving in their environment. This is why we offer a hybrid working model, giving you the opportunity to come into the office to have some face-to-face time with the team, while also giving you the space to do what you need to do by working from home. We don't have set office hours, encouraging early birds and night owls to work at the time that they feel most productive. We also highly support remote work, so if you want to work internationally for a stint, you can!

Volunteer leave
Giving back is an important part of who we are and what we do. That’s why Speckle will pay team members three full days a year to volunteer their time and skills to a charitable organisation of their choice.
